ASDS Sports Law Conference
The One-Day Swiss Sports Law Conference, organised by the ASDS (Association Suisse de Droit du Sport - Swiss Sports Law Association), will focus on the work of the Swiss Sports Tribunal, including its initial steps, first precedents, and future.
On this occasion, the ASDS offers to sports lawyers, officials of sports institutions, athletes, coaches, journalists, sports managers and other people involved in sport, the unique opportunity to meet and exchange views and experiences. All presentations will be held in English.
The ASDS One-Day Swiss Sports Law Conference is held every two years in odd-numbered years. This year, on 30 October 2025, the ASDS is inviting you to attend the conference in Fribourg at the BCF Arena (Patinoire de Saint-Léonard), home of the Fribourg-Gottéron. The conference will conclude with an apéro riche.
Coming up: ASDS Sports Law Days 2026
The traditional Sports Law Days organised by the ASDS will return to Macolin in 2026 for a 12th Edition.
The ASDS Sports Law Days offer to sports lawyers, officials of sports institutions, athletes, coaches, journalists, sports managers and other people involved in sport, the unique possibility of meeting and exchanging views and experiences.
The ASDS Sports Law Days take place every two years, coinciding with an Olympic year. The first day of the Seminar is concluded by a dinner. All participants have the possibility to spend the night in the Sports Centre Hotel.
